Custom Training Plans
Athletes will receive a completely custom, individualized training plan based on his or her goals, history, strengths, and weaknesses. Choose from a flexible high-level plan with only key points like mileage and workouts indicated, or a full plan with every day’s workout listed. RunTuff’s coaches will incorporate recovery days, easy runs, long runs, and speedwork to enable you to run your personal best on race day.
If you’re like most people these days, you probably don’t have a lot of free time to spare. You need to flexibility of a coach who is there for you via email, text, or phone. Your workouts will be emailed to you on a weekly basis, and you can report back via any of the above methods. Don’t have time to do your workout on the scheduled day? Let us know and we will tweak your plan to accommodate your busy life.
